Act of Self-Discovery - An Introduction

Once a year, I do a special workshop for the community.

Purposefully, it's a lower price to have the most people from my community at the Workshop, so people can meet each other again or get to know new fellow practitioners.

After teaching an "End of the Year"-Workshop for 3 years, I decided to switch it around, and this time we do a "Beginning of the Year"-Workshop.

Like in the "End of the Year"-Workshops, we are having a serious practice and at the same time we make sure to have a great time.

Note: Everyone can join. You do not need to have prior experience.

This Workshop is based on the Perception, Expression, Relaxation (P.E.R) Framework that I developed.

The Workshop is focusing on practice. Thus, theory and discussions will be present to support the experience, but the main emphasis is on doing and learning through practice.

Following the P.E.R Framework, we will experience:

- How to refine your perception.

- Exercising presence and relaxed focus.

- Physical presence and development of capabilities through the movement practice.

- The realm of crafting things with your hands.

- Stillness and relaxation for consolidation of the practice and restoration.

Each P.E.R Workshop is adapted to the participants. Thus you can take this workshop many times, it will always be different.

We will have enough breaks and a longer lunch break in the middle, so everyone can follow the material well and there is no overwhelm.

I will teach in a relaxed and patient style, so you can feel very comfortable and have a great learning environment.

There are no physical requirements for this workshop other than being able to learn and practice for 2 days.

The Workshop will be partly outdoors and partly indoors. For the outdoor parts, we have access to locations that provide protection from challenging weather conditions.
